I charge a 40% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s) price for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I charge 100% of the scheduled service(s) price for any no-show appointments. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment or cancel after the appointment time has past, your appointment will be forfeited and you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the 100% no-show fee. No refunds of services, retail products, cancellation fees and no-show fees. I reserve the right to refuse service.
